Any time, any day, you can join a fitness class or create your own workout schedule. It is all up to you. We have an entire selection of classes to choose from including Spin, Yoga, Boot camp and more. We are always adding new classes and new hours. Our machine weights and plate weights are state-of-the-art equipment. You will find everything you need, in a clean clutter free environment. All cardio equipment is Stairmaster and Life Fitness. Four Star Fitness has installed what we believe to be the first and only cardio cinema in the OKC market. Imagine a dimly lit room full of treadmills, bikes and elipticals. The front wall is built like a movie theater with a 120" movie screen playing virtual reality treadmill runs. Let yourself get away from the main gym area and get lost on a nature trail while running. It really is a whole different way to work out.

Brand new to Four Star, Zumba class is a fun intense dance-aerobics workout. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body, including basic rhythms like merengue, foxtrot, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dance, waltz, tango, samba, and more.
If you are not a skilled dancer and are concerned about your coordination skills we have good news for you. Zumba uses a lot of repetition steps in every class. With a bit of persistance you can be a Zumbra “pro” and reap the fruits of your endurance.

Yoga class uses traditional techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body. The goals of the Yoga class are to increased overall health and vitality. Body awareness is improved by working flexibility, posture, and concentration.
A stronger and leaner body can be developed and at the same time stress and tension can be minimized. Take control of your body and feel great.

Spin is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Besides being a great form of aerobic activity, indoor cycling is also beneficial in strengthening the muscles of the lower body.
